Position Purpose:

Career Level: First-Level Managemen
Degree(s)/Major(s): Preferably Graduate
Experience Required: 1 year
Key Responsibilities: Answer all customer calls that lands on 111-e2e-SCM related to Road Transportation & Warehousing Assisting the customer, answering their queries, logging their complaints and capturing the data on the pick- up entry form and informing concerned pick up coordinator. Making reports and presentation for call summary (every month)
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: Good Communication Skills MS Office Proficient Ability to work in a pressured and fast paced environment Self-disciplined and reliable individual
